AchatPay offers online payment processing, wallet services, and related financial technology solutions. We do not operate as a bank or provide credit services.
Users agree to:
1-Provide accurate payment details.
2-Keep account credentials secure.
3-Not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities.
4-Immediately report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
1-AchatPay may charge transaction fees, which will be disclosed before payment.
2-All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3-Currency exchange rates (if applicable) are determined by third-party providers.
1-Transactions are processed only upon successful authorization.
2-AchatPay is not liable for delays caused by banks, third-party providers, or incorrect user input.
3-Refunds, when applicable, are subject to merchant and banking policies.
AchatPay is not responsible for losses due to:
A- Errors from banks or external payment gateways.
B-Network or system failures outside our control.
C-Incorrect details submitted by users.
Our total liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in dispute.
Users must not use AchatPay for:
1-Money laundering, terrorism financing, or illegal trade.
2-Gambling services where prohibited by law.
3-Sale of restricted products or services (drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, etc.).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
1-Violate these Terms and Conditions.
2-Engage in fraudulent or suspicious activities.
3-Fail to comply with compliance and KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
AchatPay collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We take appropriate security measures to protect user data, but cannot guarantee 100% security of information transmitted online.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable financial and commercial laws of the jurisdiction where AchatPay is registered.
